I have always enjoyed cooking. For the last 30 years, I have been cooking with whole healthy foods and have always wanted to learn how to create my own recipes and to teach others how to cook with these amazing foods. Then I discovered Meghan Telpner's books The UnDiet and The UnDiet Cookbook. and her Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I watched with great interest her free mini sessions and became extremely excited with the opportunity to take the culinary nutrition expert program. I am now a 2019 graduate of the culinary nutrition expert program.

I'm Heidi, I am a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, Holistic Nutritionist, a Health & Nutrition Coach, a Certified Organizing Professional.
I've spent the last 30 years of my life studying holistic nutrition, cooking with whole foods, while being a stay at home mom, and raising my family in the healthiest way possible. I learned how to deal with the challenges of managing my energy, create family-friendly meals that are nutritious as well as delicious while attending to my own health and wellness needs. I was also hoping to discover the best lifestyle we can all thrive in. I learned that the secret to a healthy body and mind is not just what you eat, but how you think, your attitude towards yourself and others as well as the environment we live in. I feel it all makes a difference in the health and vibrancy of our body, mind & spirit.
I am a Mom of five children and with the help of my husband Ed, we have raised all our children in the whole foods, holistic lifestyle, we go to the gym 6 days a week & enjoy hiking and camping in the beautiful outdoors of British Columbia, Canada. Our children are all grown up now with our 5th leaving the nest in October 2018. We are also grandparents of a 3-year-old, and 5 months old and loving every minute of it.
In my free time, you'll find me spending time with my family and my dogs.
